The 2012 Nobel Peace Prize Goes To European Union

Nobel prize winners from EU leaders

Oslo: European Union president Herman Van Rompuy, Manuel Barroso, the EC president and Martin Schulz, head of the European Parliament, where they will collect this year's Nobel Peace Prize on Monday on behalf of the 27-nation bloc. We've come to Oslo to celebrate a major achievement: how Europe turned from a continent of war into a continent of peace.

Our history proves that we have enough strength and resilience to keep going forward in a spirit of responsibility and solidarity. We want Europe to become again a symbol of hope. One moment proved crucial. Only five years after the end of World War II, two rival countries decided to change the course of history, and from enemies to become partners. They invited all European countries to join.

The chairman of the Nobel Committee, ardently pro-European Thorbjoern Jagland, stressed however that the EU had played a vital role over six decades in turning a continent at war to a continent at peace.

According to EU leaders, “this Prize is not only a tribute for past achievements. It is also a call to continue to jointly shape our future. That’s why among the official EU delegation we have invited young Europeans. To come to Oslo, they took part in a EU-wide contest. The youngest won with a drawing, the three others wrote a short text. One winner is from Malta, he is here in the room. His message sums up the Union’s history very well: “My grandparents would have said 'a dream'. My parents would have said 'a process'. I say that it's my everyday reality!”

“Europe is going through a difficult period. We are working hard, jointly as a Union and in all individual countries, to overcome these problems. I'm sure we will succeed. We will come out of this time of uncertainty and recession, stronger than we were before.” “At the time the success of the enterprise seemed quite improbable. Today we are a strong Union with 27 members, and soon more. It is a proof of the power of political will and imagination.”

More than 20 EU heads of state and government leaders were present at the Nobel Peace Prize Award Ceremony at the Oslo City Hall on Monday. Nobel Committee chairman Thorbjørn Jagland said that Europe has moved from being a continent of war to a continent of peace, thanks to the European Union. “In the middle of a difficult period of time for Europe, the Norwegian Nobel Committee has wanted to recall what the European Union means to Europe", Jagland said.

The presidents of the EU's three main institutions were presented with the Nobel Peace Prize. The prize was being received jointly by European Council President Herman Van Rompuy, European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso and European Parliament President Martin Schulz.

In his acceptance speech, Council President Van Rompuy paid tribute to the post-war leaders of France and Germany who had forged the EU by uniting their economic interests. He praised what he called "the EU's secret weapon - an unrivalled way of binding our interests so tightly that war becomes impossible".

On Monday, Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg hosted a working lunch for EU leaders who attended the Nobel Peace Prize Award Ceremony. The economic situation in Europe has been chosen as the theme for the working lunch. “Europe is experiencing the worst economic crisis in modern times. The EU and the euro area are under economic pressure. The European countries are implementing tough measures to stabilize their economies. It is also essential for Norway that there is a well-functioning economy in Europe, our most important export market,” said Mr Stoltenberg.

Some 20 participants from the EU, mainly heads of state and government, attended the working lunch, which took place at Gamle Logen.

Open Letter to French President François Hollande on the imprisonment of bloggers Dieu Cay, Phan Thanh Hai and Ta Phong Tan

French President François Hollande

PARIS, 26 September 2012 (VIETNAM COMMITTEE) – Mr. Vo Van Ai, President of the Vietnam Committee on Human Rights and Quê Me: Action for Democracy in Vietnam sent an Open Letter to French President François Hollande today calling for his urgent intervention for the release of Dieu Cay, Ta Phong Tan and Phan Thanh Hai. The three bloggers, founders of the “Club of Free Journalists in Vietnam” were charged with “circulating propaganda against the Socialist Republic of Vietnam” (Article 88 of the Vietnamese Criminal Code) and sentenced respectively to 12, 10 and four years in prison followed by five years house arrest for Dieu Cay and 3 years for the two others at an unfair trial at the People’s Court in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) which lasted only a few hours.

“On 24 September, freedom of expression stood trial in Vietnam. The “crimes” [of Dieu Cay, Ta Phong Tan and Phan Thanh Hai] consist of posting articles on the Internet calling for the respect of human rights and democratic freedoms, denouncing corruption or expressing their views on territorial disputes with China (over the Spratley and Paracel islands). In brief, they raised issues that Vietnam does not want to hear about”.

For Mr. Ai, “the case of these three bloggers is symptomatic of the Vietnamese government’s manipulations and its contempt for human rights and its international obligations”. He recalled that Dieu Cay was arrested in 2008 and served 30 months in prison for alleged “tax evasion”. Instead of being released, he was maintained in prison on a second charge of “circulating anti-Socialist propaganda”. Dieu Cay was then detained incommunicado for 23 months from October 2010 until just before his trial on 24 September. His family did not know if he was alive or dead.

The trial was delayed three times, Mr. Ai wrote, once in April 2012 because of a power struggle between the Public Security Bureau (PBS), the Procuracy and the Court - the PBS was asking harsher sentences than those proposed by the other two. It was delayed a second time in May because of international pressure, after US President Barack Obama raised the case of Dieu Cay in his address on International Press Freedom Day (3 May 2012); and a third time in August after Ta Phong Tan’s mother self-immolated on 30 July to protest her daughter’s unfair sentence. She died on her way to the hospital. This masquerade shows, wrote Vo Van Ai, “that the bloggers were pronounced guilty in advance. Their right to presumption of innocence was never taken into account”.

In his letter to the French President, Mr. Ai described the three bloggers’ unfair trial on Monday, which was virtually closed and lasted only a few hours. Police blockaded all streets leading to the Court, jammed mobile phone access in the Court’s vicinity, and arrested at least 12 people. Whereas a handful of diplomats and journalists were allowed to attend the opening and conclusions of the trial, they were forbidden to follow the whole process or bring cell phones and recorders inside. When Dieu Cay stood up to plead his innocence, the microphone went dead.

“Silence them. This is the aim of the Vietnamese authorities. This trial is a warning to all Vietnamese who want to speak out. It also sends a clear message to the international community. Vietnam, which seeks membership of the United Nations’ Human Rights Council in 2014, has no intention of respecting human rights” wrote Mr. Vo Van Ai.

“Silence them. This is the treatment endured each day by millions of Vietnamese, who live as prisoners within their own country. Such is the plight of Buddhist monk Thich Quang Do, Patriarch of the Unified Buddhist Church of Vietnam (UBCV), detained without charge in his pagoda in Saigon after suffering virtually uninterrupted internal exile, imprisonment and house arrest since 1982. His crime? A tireless and determined engagement for human rights and democracy.

“Silence them. The Vietnamese authorities have successfully achieved this even in their relations with democratic nations. Take France, for example. France, the country that prides itself on being the “birthplace of human rights, has been remained silent since the very beginning of this judicial masquerade”.

Mr. Ai recalled France’s long and special relationship with Vietnam, and its current cooperation in many sectors, including the legal domain with the Franco-Vietnamese “Maison du Droit” in Hanoi. So far, he said, France’s human rights policy is to influence its partners in a ‘discreet and friendly”, way, a point made clear during the “Francophonie Summit” in Hanoi presided by the former President Jacques Chirac in 1997.

“But that was fifteen years ago”, wrote Mr. Ai. “Since then, the human rights situation in Vietnam has gone from bad to worse. Today, one may legitimately question France’s discretion, and wonder if “friendship” has not finally turned into complicity…

“The Vietnamese people expect much more from France, not only from the government but also from civil society. In the past, France has intervened several times to save the lives of Vietnamese: in 1908 and 1911, the French League of Human Rights saved the patriot and pacifist Phan Chu Trinh from the death penalty and later from imprisonment. More recently, in the late 1970s and early 1980s, during the campaign “A Ship for Vietnam” which I launched with the help of French friends, France warmly welcomed Vietnamese Boat People and provided them with a haven of refuge.

“It is time for France to take up the torch of human rights once again, to stand beside the victims of oppression, and make human rights and democratization a high priority on the government’s agenda” concluded Mr. Vo Van Ai.---

"Vest-Agder District Red Cross Society’s Humanitarian Activities for Immigrants & Refugees"

By Jonathan Kristiansand

A beautiful of Norway's countryside view

Kristiansand, Norway: One of wellknown characteristic of Norway is humanitarian service and generousity, so as her various non-government organizations’ activities too. Vest-Agder district’s Red Cross Society is also quite well known for contributing in various volunteer a cable to activities which intentionally design for immigrants and refugees whereas it may hardly to discover in other countries.

Almost every seasons and nearly twice in a month, the group has social entertainment program which is an important tools for better integration process for refugees. Basically the group conducted nearly three to four times both short and long distance trip for immigrants to known better historical knowledge of the country, to be more familiar with geo-political background, to be acquainted with various cultural background and to have experience in searching joy and to discover the happiness in nature forests and mountains, etc.

On Sep. 14 to 16, the group had arranged a medium-long distance trip to Hoveden town, which is around 159 k.m distance from Kristiansand (a southern town of Norway). The purpose of the trip was to make ”sight-seeing trip and to climb mountains”. Usually, the group cover almost 90% of expenditures for each individuals, somehow which estimate cost will be around U.S $ 300-400 for per head.

Volunteers Malin Wickman(Coordinator), Jane Rabbersvik and Bjørn Isachsen

Being apart of myself as an immigrant to Norway, hardly I believe that how the generosity and hospitality of the host country would be ever able to pay back. Therefore, to me is only one practial option left not to forget any single gratitute to the citizens of the host country. Sadly, one thing which bothering me is what I have learned during the trip was how ungrateful a single act of uncivilized immigrant could distrub the attitude and hospitality of the organizers and the team leaders within a blink. Therefore, it is important thing what we need to know is that we must work hard more to educate every immigrants and local citizens to understand and aware of the differences of cultural among different continents and lands in order to build peace and mutual understanding on every single steps we are working on. On the other hands, discovering unwritten rules and traditional ways of doing things will be also added to extra help in our building relationship and better integration process.

Sometimes it happens to be one of immigrants from a country where there is not well developed democracy usually mis-interpreted the meaning of freedom and lawlessness. Sometimes it is not simply correct that a thing which is forbidden to practice is in undemocratic country mean there is totally acceptable to practice in a democratic country either. It will be wise that not to forget about ”our own freedom and practice of regulations should not be an obstacle to others who is also exercising his own freedom within a boundary, and better learn to find a way where both interests can apply as a win-win strategy. Otherwise, in the end there will be we immigrants who will be the one to be isolated in a strange land with a half-baked integrated or totally lost a chance to integrated in the so called 2nd or 3rd countries, wherever they are in.

One Week to go before Direct Actions commence against child-killing churches

Cardinal Sean Brady

Breaking News Item: Vatican officials have one week to respond to ten requirements issued last May by survivors of church terror, or face permanent banishment, occupations and legal summonses

Hello to you all,

It's fitting that I'm writing this from Dublin, where the top Catholic prelate in that land, Cardinal Sean Brady, is implicated in protecting child rapists in his diocese and may soon resign; and where his probable replacement, Archbishop Dermot Martin, has been forced to meet with ITCCS and ACCAW activists after they occupied Dublin's main cathedral recently and one of them, John Deegan, even manacled himself to the cathedral altar during a mass.

This direct action by survivors has the church worried, and Archbishop Martin's assistant, Rev. Damian O'Reilly, said yesterday that it was their concern about further church occupations that forced them to sit down and try to directly negotiate with survivors like John Deegan of ACCAW (an acronym meaning Anti Catholic Church Activists Worldwide, which is affiliated to the ITCCS).

Nowhere else in the world has the church hierarchy actually bargained with their opponents; the church generally relies instead on obliging governments to shield them from the fallout from their crimes towards children. But the fact that this storm is erupting in the heart of the reputedly "most catholic" nation in the world is a sign of how desperate the church leaders are becoming. But more to the point, it demonstrates that only direct disruption and civil disobedience gets results when it comes to the oldest corporation on earth.

Now is the time, as they say, to press the matter home.

As John Deegan and the ITCCS said this week to Damian O'Reilly and his church bosses, the Vatican must do two simple things if it wants to avoid ongoing occupations: defrock all present and future child raping priests, and those who protect them; and make every clergy and church officer, from Pope Benedict on down, take a public, binding oath to protect children from predators and expose those who harm the innocent, even if doing so contradicts and defies church laws and customs.

If the hierarchy equivocates on this requirement of humanity and the law, or says no, then direct actions against the Vatican and its churches will commence in one week.

In this event, our Common Law Court will publicly convene in seven countries on September 15, to publicly share and judge extensive evidence of criminal actions by church and state. The following day, in the midst of Catholic masses around the world, a Public Banishment Order will be issued, binding on every catholic establishment. Church occupations will then follow.

The Banishment Order will, in effect, expel the Catholic Church from our communities and declare their churches and other property open to all people for their own use, like the homeless. Church officials will then be illegally trespassing and subject to arrest. Known and suspected child rapists will also face citizens' arrests, as will anyone who protects them. And in some cases, "street corner tribunals" will be held on church property where victims of genocide and torture by the same church will tell their stories and share other evidence with the public and the media.

Coinciding and building on these actions, our Common Law Court will start broadcasting its proceedings, which will involve presenting our cases and issuing public summonses to church officials. We have chosen five cases to present in the initial round of the Court, involving the most solid evidence we have of intentional genocide, child trafficking, homicide and crimes against humanity by various churches.

This evidence will be simulcast to nearly one hundred citizen jurors in seven countries by the prosecutors of the Court, for the jurors' deliberation. And a transcript of the evidence and cases will be available online to anyone and the media.

Finally, knowing that our battle is fundamentally a spiritual one, on Sunday, September 23, we will be staging our third and final Public Exorcism aimed at the power behind the Vatican. Our first exorcism outside the papal residence in Rome in October, 2009, was followed the next day by a fierce tornado in the heart of Rome, and an even fiercer media revelation the next month of Pope Benedict's personal complicity in protecting child rapists.

We are at the heart of a great wind of justice and reformation.

So in summary here is our Plan of Action: 1. Saturday, September 15: Public Court Case against the Vatican commences 2. Sunday, September 16: Banishment Order is read inside and outside Roman Catholic churches in seven countries 3. Monday, September 17: Permanent Occupation of Catholic churches and institutions commence worldwide 4. Sunday, September 23: Third and Final Public Exorcism is held aimed at the spirit and power behind the Vatican (to be televised and posted)

Please help this all happen by agreeing to read the Banishment Proclamation inside and outside your local Catholic church, on Sunday September 16 during their mass. Contact this email and a copy of the Proclamation will be sent to you. (Such actions will be staged in thirteen cities in seven countries as of this date).

Please stay tuned on Saturday, September 15 for these actions to commence: at 9 am pacific time, 12 noon eastern time, and 5 pm GMT in Europe. Live broadcasts will begin and will be posted on the internet. In closing, here's a an item for concern, or levity, depending on your disposition.

I learned today that our ITCCS Council of Elders in Brussels was just informed by trusted sources of theirs in the British civil service and the European Parliament that the Home Office in London has declared me, Kevin Annett, a threat to British national security allegedly for having "caused threats to the peace of mind and security of Her Majesty". I am therefore to be immediately detained and imprisoned under the Fixated Threat Assessment Protocol (FTAP) the moment I set foot on British soil.

FTAP is a way nowadays in England to brand activists as mentally disturbed and lock them away for years, under medieval-like laws harking back to the Inquisition and Star Chamber private courts. It's also supposed to get us all too frightened to publicly protest, or speak out.

Well, I'm not frightened, Liz. This is just more obstruction of justice - more belated attempts to fog the fact of centuries of genocide by the Crown. Your own Archbishop of Canterbury did so last January, when he ordered Anglican Primate Fred Hiltz in Canada to bury all evidence of the deaths of Mohawk children at the Church of England residential school in Brantford.

Thus do the guilty squirm and evade judgement. But only for so long. For as Martin Luther King said, "The moral arc of the universe is long, but it bends towards justice". But I would add, only when enough of us make it bend. Spread the word, and stand ready with us and all the fallen children on September 15. - Kevin Annett - Eagle Strong Voice

The Queen of England Orders a Coverup, and other News from our very own Deep Throat

Special Contribution

Kevin D. Annett

It didn't happen late at night in a murky parking garage, like in All the President's Men. The phone call from the inside informant came to me unexpectedly this week from someone claiming to be a former staff member at the head office of the Anglican Church in Toronto. I'll call him Sid.

According to "Sid", top Anglican church officials like Primate Fred Hiltz and Huron Diocese Bishop Bob Bennett have known all about hideous crimes at their former Mohawk Indian residential school in Brantford for years.

Repeatedly, Hiltz, Bennett and other top church officials asked the Canadian government to help conceal incriminating evidence at "the Mush Hole": like letters from church staff describing gang rapes of children, forced starvation, and the routine killing of pregnant or "unruly" Mohawk adolescents by beatings and forced confinement without food or water.

Much of this evidence is now locked away at Justice Department archives in Ottawa that are firmly closed to the public, according to Sid. The "worst stuff" was shipped to Ottawa over a decade ago to hide it from lawyers for residential school survivors. "Ottawa and the Anglicans had an agreement as early as 1999, right after you blew open the residential school story with that tribunal of yours" explained Sid to me on the phone.

"In return for the feds' help in covering up this really bad stuff and bearing the cost of court payments to victims, the church would disclose some of the well, less controversial abuses that happened at the Mush Hole by opening some of our archives. Well, the feds kept their side of the bargain but the church never did, on orders from London" "London? You mean like, England?" I asked Sid.

"That's what I overheard. The Primate was passing on a confidential statement from the Archbishop of Canterbury himself, acting for the Queen. Under no circumstances can anything be divulged, those were the Archbishop's very words, and Hiltz said he was speaking for Her Majesty"

"Do you mean the Queen ordered church officials to obstruct justice and bury the truth about murder?" "I'm not making that accusation but her words speak for themselves" said Sid quietly.

Sid took a stress leave break that stretched into a permanent leave from his job because, to quote him, "I couldn't take all the lies and subterfuge anymore. I was expected to destroy evidence of crime scenes and report any staff or clergymen who looked like they might leak something".

Among some of the allegations made by Brantford school survivors that were confirmed by Sid to me this week, based on documents and reports he read,

- Children who died were regularly buried in secret in the forest just east of the Mush Hole school

- Those who were killed were usually incinerated in the school furnace to avoid a possible autopsy

- Mohawk children were "especially targeted" for rapes, beatings, starvation and a regimen that would weaken and kill them

- Principals like W.J. Zimmerman (1933-1952) operated a brothel and child prostitution service out of the Mush Hole for police and politicians in return for cash payments

- Zimmerman was also responsible for forcing children to drink fouled and unpasteurized milk as part of a federal Health department study (http://www.napierink.ca/articles_ottawa-experimented-on-native-kids.html)

- This use of native children for involuntary experiments included drug testing programs operated in association with pharmaceutical companies like Eli Lilly, Upjohn and Bayer that funded the United, Anglican and Catholic churches which ran Indian residential schools

- Local police were regularly prevented from investigating and laying charges against Mush Hole school staff and clergy for rape and killings "by people at the very top"

The fact that Sid's inner circle evidence confirms that Mohawks were targeted for "special treatment" confirms the claim of former Anglican researcher Leona Moses that a formal agreement to exterminate the Mohawks by means of the Mush Hole school was signed in 1870 between the Crown - Church of England, the New England Company that established the school, and non-Mohawk chiefs of the local Six Nations Confederacy.

This "smoking gun" document is locked away in something called "the closed G 12 section" in the archives of the Anglican Church's Huron Diocese office in London, Ontario. Diocese Bishop Bob Bennett has refused access to the G 12 section to even his own staff members and has fired or disciplined clergy in his Diocese who would not agree to be gagged from speaking about their knowledge of crimes at the Mush Hole.

Legal efforts to expose these crimes have been continually blocked by Crown officials in Ontario, like the case of dozens of Mush Hole survivors who tried suing the Anglican Church and Crown in June, 2001. This case was dismissed by Judge Haines of the Ontario Supreme Court on the grounds that legal action against the Crown was barred by The Crown Liability Act of 1953.

Considering that he sits on evidence that the Queen of England, like Pope Benedict, has actively obstructed justice and protected criminals, I asked "Sid" if he would go on record with what he knew. He finally replied, "I will if others will, but not by myself. People with more pull than me need to come forward. Ask Dr. Wendy Fletcher all that she knows. If she goes public, I will too. You can tell her that."

Dr. Wendy Fletcher is the Principal of one of the largest seminaries in Canada: my old Alma Mater, the Vancouver School of Theology. Fletcher was given the plum posting after she agreed to do what neither Sid nor Leona Moses would do, and that was to gag and silence herself for over ten years while she was a researcher for the Huron Diocese, after she uncovered the horror that resides under the earth of the Mush Hole, in secret government archives, and in countless ruined lives.

Soon after Mohawk elders and I commenced excavations at the grounds of the Mush Hole school last October, Wendy Fletcher took a leave of absence as VST Principal. This month, she announced she would step down as Principal as of December, 2012.

Wendy plans to return to teaching and advising the Association of Theological Schools (ATS): a Christian accreditation program heavily funded by and tied to large pharmaceutical companies like Eli Lilly: one of the corporations that paid the Anglican church for years to test out experimental drugs on the Mohawk boys and girls at the Mush Hole school in Brantford. The inquiry continues.

The escalating Black Ops program against Kevin Annett and the International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State

Jul 21, 2012

Our Central Office has received information that a new covert offensive has been launched against Kevin Annett and the ITCCS that goes beyond previous low-level and sporadic "bad jacketing" efforts to malign and discredit Kevin's public reputation.

This new offensive involves the systematic penetration of our network by trained operatives and the turning of our former supporters against our work, using bribes, threats and harder psychological warfare techniques.

A trusted middle level source of ours has confirmed that this operation was initated in the spring of this year and claims that it originated from a government agency in London, England, although the source declines to name the agency involved.

The specific reason for this new and broader offensive is unclear, but is undoutedly a response to our growing success in securing wider legal and political support in Europe and America for our campaign to bring officials of the Papacy and Crown of England to trial. Three examples of this new black ops campaign are the following:

1. Massive misinformation and smears aimed at Kevin Annett are flooding the internet since last month, designed to confuse, divide and disarm our supporters and funders. These new attacks are instigated by a known distruptor-operative using the name "Greg Renouf". This individual, who has been named publicly as being an informant for Canada's CSIS, has acted on information - such as Kevin's planned radio appearances - that can only have been gained through access to Kevin's personal emails and files using surveillance methods employed by the state.

2. Coinciding with this heightened bad jacketing by "Renouf" was a sophisticated entrapment aimed at Kevin in the form of an apparent lawsuit in Canada's Federal Court. This suit was begun by a man of unconfirmed identity named Jason Bowman who delayed and obstructed the proper filing of the same lawsuit. We suspect that this entrapment had a dual purpose: to discredit Kevin and the ITCCS, who were named as co-plaintiffs, by mishandling and bringing disrepute to the lawsuit, and to embroil Kevin in a legal process controlled by the Crown that would have allowed the latter to legally gag and control him on the eve of his important tour of Europe in September.

3. Secondary ITCCS activists and key funders of our work have been overtly neutralized and in some cases even turned against us in the past several months, especially aboriginal elders who freely sponsored our work, invited Kevin to their territories, and are eyewitnesses to murders and other crimes at Indian residential schools. This neutralization of our activists is escalating and is now even reaching into our inner circle.

Generally, we see this new assault as a sign of the success and right direction of our work, focusing as it is not only on the legal and political culpability of Church and State for crimes against humanity, but on the need to actively challenge and disestablish the power of these institutions.

We are now posing a direct threat to the Vatican and the Crown of England, and all of their subsidiary agents. We are coming closer to exposing their real nature and secrets, and they are re-acting accordingly and with growing desperation. We espect these attacks to increase, and are accordingly establishing a new Security Protocol, as follows:

1. All media interviews with Kevin Annett must be sanctioned by the ITCCS Central Office and will be actively monitored by us, including by employing background checks on the media outlet and interviewers. Staged "ambushes" of Kevin over public airwaves by smear specialists will no longer be allowed, and media outlets allowing such attacks on Kevin will be named in our legal actions.

2. All information on known disruptors and operatives working against us - such as James Craven, Greg Renouf, Frank and Tracey Miller, Jan Longboat, Lydia Bessell aka "Lydia Whitecalf", Belinda McKenzie and those on their payroll - is being compiled in a central data bank and is available to counter the mis-information. Please send us any knowledge you have of these and other operatives.

3. Kevin Annett will no longer travel alone in his journies but will now be accompanied by observers and a videographer who will liason daily with the ITCCS office. All venues and other details of Kevin's events must be sanctioned and will be monitored by ITCCS Central Office.

Note: We are preparing a separate briefing that will help you to identify and neutralize disruptor-operatives in your midst.

Our most effective protection will come by doubling our efforts to bring the evidence of crimes of Church and State into the mainstream public, legal and political realms, and by indicting those responsible.

Because our Central Office operates for now out of the public eye, and our Council of Elders is remaining anonymous except to those in the ITCCS inner circle, we cannot provide the normal public presence needed to counter the lies and misinformation aimed at us and our work. We rely on each of you to do so.

Kevin Annett has served and is serving as our public figurehead for now and as a result has strategically drawn and decoyed the fire of much of our enemy - for good purpose. That situation will change in the coming year as more of us emerge from unexpected directions to grapple directly with our foe. Much that is hidden or confused now will then me made clear. We ask you to endure in trust and action until then.

We are aided in all that we do by a planetary awakening and realignment that will make many things clear and bring about not only justice but transformation. Until then, let your inner light shine strongly, and defend yourselves and our efforts by giving no forum or ear to the unsubstantiated rumors and lies aimed at Kevin Annett and the ITCCS.

We stand as always on the proven truth and solid evidence secured by Kevin Annett Eagle Strong Voice and others with their very lifeblood, including the three honorary memorial Elders of the ITCCS who were murdered by agents of the Crown of England: Johnny Bingo Dawson, William Combes, and Ricky Lavallee.

Stand strong and united! We rely on all of you.

Respectfully, The Council of Elders, ITCCS, Brussels

Towards a Genuine Legal Attack on Genocidal and Criminal Institutions: A Statement regarding the Bowman-ITCCS Lawsuit against Church and State

Rev. Kevin Annett

The Council of Elders of the International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State (ITCCS) has unanimously decided to withdraw from the alleged lawsuit in the Federal Court of Canada (FCC) brought by Jason Bowman on behalf of our Tribunal and our representative, Rev. Kevin Annett - Eagle Strong Voice.

This withdrawal includes Rev. Annett, and is effective immediately, as of 9 pm GMT or 4 pm Eastern Standard Time.

We have terminated our involvement in this alleged lawsuit after learning from FCC officials in Toronto, Canada that no such case has in fact been filed with them by Mr. Bowman.

This decision of our ITCCS Council arises from our resolve to bring about a genuine, competent and effective legal assault on the Crown and the Vatican, and other institutions, for Crimes against Humanity.

Our nine-nation Tribunal represents the hopes and efforts of thousands of victims of crimes by Church and State to bring these institutions to trial and ultimate dis-establishment for their ongoing Crimes against Humanity. Our first obligation is to these victims, and we will let nothing and no-one impede their goal of genuine recovery and justice.

Our Tribunal has decided to withdraw from the Jason Bowman action for three reasons:

1. The failure of Mr. Bowman to file the case in the Federal Court of Canada (FCC) or to exercise proper care and professional diligence, after his public announcement of the case at a press conference held by Mr. Bowman in Toronto on July 4, 2012;

2. Mr. Bowman's failure to respond to our concerns or to communicate his reasons for not filing the case, or to explain his strategy or actions either to our Tribunal or to his co-plaintiff, Rev. Kevin Annett, and

3. The fact that to proceed with a case in the Federal Court of Canada is to operate within a court that is not of competent jurisdiction to address the matter of crimes against humanity by the Crown itself.

That is, to pursue an action in the FCC would be to recognize the jurisdiction and legitimacy of the very institution we are confronting and naming as an agent of Crimes against Humanity, and would thereby negate and sabotage our own case, specifically by violating Article 25 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, which is a foundation of our case.

Our Tribunal wishes first of all to reassure all victims of crimes by Church and State that, rather than representing a step backwards, our disaffiliation from the Bowman action is a step towards a genuine and professionally competent attack on the church, state and corporate agents of genocide and other crimes.

That is, the ITCCS and Rev. Kevin Annett intend to proceed now with many other plaintiffs to take the same evidence and case against the Crown, the Vatican, the government and churches of Canada, and pharmaceutical companies to jurisdictionally competent courts of law not under the authority of the Crown of England or so-called "canon law". These courts will include those based in other nations as well as de jure Common Law courts within Canada. We are already working with legal teams in several nations to commence proceedings in such courts.

To clarify, our original aim in supporting the Bowman action in the Federal Court of Canada (FCC) was compelled by the requirement under International Law to "exhaust all domestic legal remedies" before bringing a case into a non-domestic court of law such as the International Criminal Court. We saw Bowman's efforts as a way to do so.

However, this aim has been irretrievably compromised by Mr. Bowman's behavior and the fact that proceeding in the FCC will violate Article 25 of the Rome Statute, which compels all citizens to refrain from supporting or colluding with agencies of regimes guilty of Crimes against Humanity - such as, in this case, the government and churches of Canada and the Vatican.

Let us also clarify that, ever since May of 2012, when Mr. Bowman first approached our Canadian representative, Rev. Kevin Annett, and offered to launch a lawsuit with Rev. Annett as a co-plaintiff, the entire process of proceeding with this lawsuit has been completely in Jason Bowman's hands.

Our Tribunal and Kevin Annett have been forced to rely entirely on Bowman, his word and his judgement, in this matter. We proceeded to do so in good faith, despite having had no previous contact with or knowledge of Bowman or his organization, the Association of Citizen Prosecutors, which after inquiry appears to have no identifiable history.

Neither Kevin Annett nor any member of the ITCCS has been in a position to affect Mr. Bowman's actions or the process of filing this case in the Federal Court, and we have consistently been kept in the dark by Mr. Bowman about his daily actions and ultimate legal strategy. Such a defective modus operandi by Bowman is self-destructive and bodes poorly for the success of any joint legal action with him against our wealthy corporate oppositon.

Clearly, Mr. Bowman's negligence and unexplained delay in filing the case has provided great aid and ammunition to our powerful opponents. They, and various misinformation agencies and internet operatives, have used and are using Bowman's delay in filing the case to attack and destroy our credibility, and undermine the legitimacy of our years-long campaign against genocide and crimes committed by Church and State. We cannot allow this destructiveness to carry on.

In closing, we wish to make it clear that:

1. By this statement and our withdrawal from the alleged Bowman lawsuit, we are not implying anything about the motives or personal character of Jason Bowman; and

2. At no point did our Tribunal or Rev. Kevin Annett aid or conspire with Jason Bowman or any other party to mislead or defraud the public or the court in this matter, but at all times we acted only in good faith, and with trust in Mr. Bowman and his declared efforts.

We regret that our trust and faith was, in this case, misplaced. Despite these events, we remain even more committed to pursuing the legal prosecution and eventual dis-establishment of the Crown, the Vatican, and the other named defendants as conspirators in Crimes against Humanity, in de jure common law courts and other public arenas. We will not be deterred in this effort by any momentary delay or unprofessional disruption.

We call upon concerned citizens everywhere, and all survivors of church, state and corporate terror, to rally behind our efforts and to contact our office or Rev. Kevin Annett at hiddenfromhistory1@gmail.com to join our legal campaign.

From 1761 to 2012: What has changed in England? Lessons from My Ancestor Peter, a Stansted Prison, and a Digger named Winstanley

Special Contribution
By Kevin D. Annett
Jun 22, 2012

John Waller in pillory

On December 19, 1761, author and publicist Peter Annett was arrested on a charge of blasphemy and sedition for questioning scripture and the authority of the Church through nine editions of his news sheet The Free Enquirer (Oct. 17 – Dec. 12, 1761). He was prosecuted in London by the Attorney General and sentenced by the Court of King’s Bench to imprisonment at hard labor in Newgate prison, and ordered to stand twice in the pillory at the Royal Exchange and Charing Cross, despite his advanced age.

On May 26, 2011, his descendent, author and publicist Kevin Annett, was arrested without charge and detained for a day in an immigration prison at Stansted airport in London. Kevin was expelled from England after being searched, photographed and fingerprinted, despite having breached no law and committed no offense except to publicly criticize the Church and Crown of England. Kevin Annett will be returning to England this September.

The old walls that hosted his broadsheets are all gone now, as is the shit-covered pillory that held the old man in a vise for anyone to pummel with garbage. But I felt Peter’s grim defiance the day I stood near to the spot at Charing Cross where the state and the church tried to break him; and I sensed, too, the fire in him that flamed his disobedience, and still reaches out to me.

Peter Annett was unlike any of the humanist philosophers of his time, for not only did he challenge fat Anglican bishops with reason and common sense, but he did so loudly and insolently, in the streets, by directly appealing to the hungry masses so feared by the British aristocracy. Peter called on the poor people of England to break their mental subservience to Crown and Pulpit, and figure everything out for themselves – a call that won him the eternal hatred of both Whitehall and Westminster.

All doctrines founded on fear and fraud shall be confounded by the authority of truth. We will bring to light the hidden works of darkness and drive falsity to the bottomless pit. Thus did my ancestor proclaim his devotion in print, just weeks before he was thrown into Newgate prison where more than half of the inmates died in their chains.

The hidden works of darkness …

One year ago, I was scheduled to speak publicly about that same darkness not a mile from where Peter Annett lay in prison when I too was locked away by the fiction called the Crown of England and its very real police state. I thought a lot about Peter as I sat through a long night in a small immigration prison cell at Stansted airport, and the cries and wailing of the other detainees echoed all around me.

The uniformed drones of the private company that had arrested me in the name of the British Border Agency, Reliance Security, had stripped me of my belongings, so I lacked pen or paper that night; but in my mind I composed a dialogue with Peter to stave off my panic. I asked him to tell me how he had survived. And from somewhere, I heard a voice tell me,

I cannot explain how I endured, except to say that this will of mine that some call courage comes from knowing what it is, this truth that I love and these lies that I hate; and thus knowing, I am resolved that I will never silence my mind or my tongue, or allow them ever to be stilled. In the face of this government’s resolve to torture and suppress us, my own unswerving determination is called greatness by some. But in the face of such monstrous tyranny, I call it simple necessity.

In 1761, Peter Annett was denounced by the shadowy spies known as Watchmen, a private army paid by the Bishop of London: thugs and murderers who lurked in the taverns and halls where free thinkers like Peter denounced religious fraud and oppression. In 2012, London boasts a much greater throng of Watchmen in the more than four million police television cameras that record every movement of once-free citizens who are now under permanent siege by “their” government.

Months before my own arrest at Stansted airport, I stood outside Lambeth Palace in a peaceful demonstration against the criminal called Pope Benedict, and a policeman approached me and said, “Mr. Annett, we have seen you at these protests before and so we’re presenting you with this notice. It informs you that you may be detained for Fixated Threat Assessment if you attend any future events like this one.”

He meant, if you come to another protest we’ll stick you in a mental hospital and charge you with a form of mental illness called “Fixation”. And so, dissent has become not only an official crime but an act of insanity. That is a law now in England.

And yet in fact, this is not a new law, but a resurrection of a very old medieval edict that declared that any protest against the King or the Church was innately seditious and punishable without appeal. Those presumed guilty were whisked away to secret tribunals called Star Chamber courts, identical to the five Fixated Threat Assessment Centers in London where dissidents are imprisoned simply for dissenting.

The land of my ancestors has reverted to a place of fear and tyranny. And that is exactly why I am returning there this September, to speak freely and publicly as is my birthright, and to organize the victims of church and state terror.

I have been warned not to do so. But remember: the fear that the Crown and Church try to generate in us is but an enormous smokescreen to hide their own guilt and culpability in the longest reign of murder in human history. If we lose sight of this simple fact, we diminish our own capacity to overcome that legacy and stop the terror.

I love my English homeland: a place to where my French Huguenot ancestors fled from church terror in 1572 in order to establish a liberty of conscience and faith unknowable under Catholicism. The England of common law, of revolutionary ferment down the ages, is one of the rivers in my soul that cannot be dammed or diverted by the travesty called Empire and Christendom. For those evils were the acts of greedy men bent on rape and conquest, who had to crush the English commons and its people long before they inflicted the same war of terror on the indigenous nations or Negro humanity.

It is to that other England of the Commons that I turn when I get up to speak about genocide of aboriginals, and the trafficking in children by British elites and Catholic Bishops. Like Peter Annett, I look to the sleeping mass of people for our ultimate answer to these crimes. For as another persecuted rebel, Percy Shelley, cried out after the Peterloo Massacre of working people in Manchester in1817,

Rise like lions after slumber, in unvanquishable number; Shake your chains to earth like dew, which in sleep had fallen on you: Ye are many – they are few.

Peter Annett knew all about the “99 percent” long before the modern movement by that name, for it was to them, the dormant giant called the people, to whom he appealed to his last breath. And he knew that the spark that might awaken them can only be lit by a personal example, by continual public action in the face of one’s enemy, in which personal courage and integrity finds a broader stream in which to swim, and where we encounter other solitary, struggling souls.

I have learned the same hard-won lesson over the years, and if anything the recent persecution has sharpened and quickened the learning for me and growing numbers of others. So I don’t fear the path ahead. Instead, as we descend ever more quickly into a new social and political ice age, what is vital is that we search again for the vision of the world as it is, under the Natural Law where all things are in common, and no-one is above another – and restore that world while we still can.

From English soil arose one soul who for me embodies this vision with the same direct courage as did my ancestor Peter: a poor man from Wigan named Gerrard Winstanley. During the English Civil War that put an end to papal and royal oppressors, Winstanley and a hundred other men and women established the Diggers movement of 1649 that claimed all land as common. And just outside of London, they began to till the earth as a free and radical “community in resistance”.

Like all just souls, they were crushed by the weapons and hired thugs of the wealthy. But in his appeal to other poor people, Winstanley’s words are an answer to the British police state of 2012, and the decaying social order that has spawned it:

The Creator Reason made the Earth a common treasury for all creatures, and not one word was spoken then, that one branch of mankind should rule over another. And the reason is this, that every man and woman is a perfect creature of himself, and the same spirit dwells in each one equal, making none less or greater than another …

And yet selfish imagination did set up one man to teach and rule over another, depriving him of the earth’s fruits, and thereby killing the spirit by placing one into bondage, and another set on high. And thereupon the earth that is one garden is now hedged into enclosures and property, and this creation given to all as a common storehouse is bought and sold, and placed in the hands of a few, dishonoring the Creator, as if he delighted in the comforts of some and rejoicing in the misery and poverty of others …

But when once again this fallen state is abolished and all land is returned to its natural state as a common possession, and men become as they were born, free and equal, then this war of all against all will cease, and warfare and misery will end, for none will own while others languish with nothing.

Echoing Jesus himself, who saw that only when the last became first, and the first last, would justice come to mankind, Winstanley envisioned an England that must come to be if the crimes born of greed and conquest are ever to be undone – and if the police state set up to protect the wealth and power of the few is to be disestablished in favor of a Republic of Equals.

I guess that’s what pillory and prison really is all about, in a place like England: a way to hold back the future. It’s why we aren’t allowed to freely think, or protest a child rapist in Rome, or demonstrate in public more than once without being called crazy. For one day, the illusion churned up by religion, politicians and “crowned heads” may shimmer and fade, and the land and life stolen from us by a few will be seen for what it truly is: limitless, inalienable, and undivided.

Nothing has really changed since 1761, or 1649, in the land called England. Freedom is still subversion, and free souls must learn to be forever bold as well as wise. But everything can and will change, in the twinkle of an eye, for that’s the way revolutions manifest in history - like a stealthy mole that pokes up unexpectedly, to quote good old Karl Marx.

Just shortly before Peter Annett died alone and in poverty in 1769, one of his neighbors wrote about him, He emerged from prison broken in body and in health, but still sharp and alive in his spirit, his mind as lucid as ever. He seemed to me like a man fulfilled. I understand why.

Dear fellow Diggers and Dreamers: take heart today, and know that all we need in the difficult days to come is the capacity to live as if this alone is real: that the world is a common garden undivided and owned by none, and is given to everyone with the free love of a gentle mother called Creation, who wants us all to be happy and free and unafraid – and to reclaim what is ours by birthright. Carry it on.

“Everyone that gets an authority into his hands tyrannizes over others; as many husbands, parents, masters, magistrates, that live after the flesh do carry themselves like oppressing lords over such as are under them, not knowing that their wives, children, servants, subjects are their fellow creatures, and hath an equal privilege to share them in the blessing of liberty.”

“Was the earth made to preserve a few covetous, proud men to live at ease, and for them to bag and barn up the treasures of the Earth from others, that these may beg or starve in a fruitful land; or was it made to preserve all her children?” Gerrard Winstanley, 1649

An Update from The International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State - Brussels

Special Report
By Jeremiah Jourdain
Jun 10, 2012

This church is harboring known child rapists among its staff or clergy who are a constant danger to the children of our community. Because the church is allowed to hide its crimes and protect its rapists, and the police and courts refuse to intervene, we community members must act to defend our children.

To all affiliates and supporters,

Recently, we notified you and the world of our new campaign to take direct action to publicize and arrest known child rapists among clergy. Since then, dozens of enthusiastic volunteers have contacted us from thirteen cities in North America, Australia and Europe, wanting to form local Child Protection Action Groups to help "name and detain" child rapists in the churches.

Towards this end, we have issued the attached leaflet for you to distribute at both Catholic and Protestant churches in your community. Please have it translated if needed, and list a local contact email or phone number on the bottom of this leaflet to encourage participation from concerned citizens.

The ITCCS will be issuing an organizing manual for CPAG organizers soon. We will also be posting an online archive at www.itccs.org containing the identity and location of known sex offenders among clergy and other church staff. Please contribute to this archive with your own information about child predators in your community.

Stay tuned for more updates about our wider campaign to disestablish the churches responsible for centuries of crimes against the innocent.
The CPAG leaflet is attached and is also reproduced below.
Much love, strength and courage to all of you, and keep us informed of your actions!

Ending the Reign of Terror against Children: We Will Name and Detain the Guilty

A Public Statement from the Children Protection Action Group*

We have done so by banding together into local Child Protection Action Groups (CPAG). Our CPAG will publish the names and pictures of child rapists within churches, and we will conduct citizens’ arrests to detain these criminals and deprive them of their office so they can no longer harm our children.

Join us today. The lives of our children and our future as a community are at stake. Child rape in the church is rampant and is escalating, and can only be stopped by an informed and active citizenry.

To provide information on child rapists to our CPAG or to join its actions, contact any of the numbers listed below. And consult our website at www.itccs.org for updates and to access our archive of church child offenders.

*CPAG is a network of community groups in five countries and is affiliated with The International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State (itccs.org)

Be Warned: Child Raping Catholic Priests and their Protectors will now be Arrested on sight

Special Report
By Jeremiah Jourdain
May 30, 2012

Joseph Ratzinger

A Public Declaration to Joseph Ratzinger, Bishop of Rome, and the Catholic College of Cardinals, From The Executive Council of The International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State,

Dear Bishop Ratzinger,

Your church has illegally arrested and imprisoned an Italian citizen named Paolo Gabriele for the “wrong” of possessing evidence of criminal acts by you and other Vatican officials.

On behalf of human liberty and the suffering victims of church violence, our Tribunal is compelled to respond to your act of warfare against the truth by declaring that henceforth, every known Roman Catholic priest or official who has harmed a child or protected those who have will be publicly named by our network, and will be publicly arrested and expelled from their churches.

We have instructed all of our member organizations to commence such citizens’ arrests of your guilty clergy. This decision is made under the common law right of citizenship arrest of those who endanger children when established authorities refuse to protect the community. Such direct action to protect our children will be accompanied by ongoing occupations and seizures of Roman Catholic Church property commencing globally on September 15, 2012.

These measures are being taken because of the refusal by you and your church hierarchy to do justice to your victims and abide by the law and morality; and specifically, because of your refusal to agree to these ten measures, issued to you on May 4, 2012 by our Tribunal:

1. Issue full reparations to survivors 2. Surrender the remains of those who died for a proper burial. 3. Return all land and wealth taken from church victims 4. Surrender all evidence and perpetrators of crimes against children 5. Annul Crimen Sollicitationis and all Vatican policies that protect child rapists 6. Expel and defrock all child raping priests and those who protect them, including the pope 7. Agree to the licensing of all clergy as public servants 8. Withdraw from all tax exemptions, concordats and privileges 9. Annul the status of the Vatican as a state and abolish Rome’s authority over its congregations 10. Redistribute the wealth of the Vatican Bank to church victims and the community, as Christ commands

To reiterate, we are commencing to publish worldwide a list of known child raping priests and their protectors, and we will thereafter perform citizens’ arrests of these criminals and expel them from their office and churches.

You, Joseph Ratzinger, and your fellow criminal conspirators among the College of Cardinals will be among those persons so named and targeted for arrest, expulsion and banishment.

Unanimously resolved and Signed,

The Executive Council, The International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State, Brussels

An Unreverential "Victoria Day" Message: Vicky the Dealer and Me

Special Contribution

Persecution by British soldiers

I hate being Scottish. We're the lowest of the low, the scum of the earth, the most wretched, servile, miserable, pathetic trash that was ever shat into civilization. Some people hate the English, but I don't. They're just wankers. We, on the other hand, are colonized by wankers. We can't even pick a decent culture to be colonized by. We are ruled by effete arseholes. It's a shite state of affairs and all the fresh air in the world will not make any fucking difference (Renton, in Trainspotting).

An ugly baby is a very nasty object - and the prettiest is frightful (Queen Victoria).

I was prepared to curse her today and all she stood for, but I never can stay pissed off at anyone for very long: even a long dead monarch who despised her own kids yet who people still grovel to, and whose alleged descendent, Charlie Windsor, is inflicting his inbred, moronic drolleries on us even now with his latest state visit to poor, sad Canada.

Besides, Victoria Day was always a fun time for me as a kid: no school, for starters, and fireworks all that night. Ted Fardo and I would horde our dimes for weeks prior to the holiday and splurge them on a mess of firecrackers that were unleashed as twilight fell over the prairies, and aimed at unsuspecting girls from our explosives-stuffed bike handles that functioned as perfect mini bazookas. None of the official displays that lit up the Winnipeg nighttime could hold a candle to our frenzied assault on the neighborhood kids, for it was our own doing.

On those days, Queen Victoria was rarely ever mentioned, except by some relative who’d fought in some war, and usually in deferential terms. Later, as an unemployed man in Hamilton’s grimy north end, whenever I’d stroll by the bit of local grass calling itself a park I’d notice an imposing statue of her, emblazoned with the bullshit inscription, “Victoria: A Devoted Regent and Mother”. But it might have added, “And the most shot-at British monarch in history”.

Seven times, actually: the first in 1839, when Edward Oxford took a pot shot at Vicky while she was perambulating through Hyde Park in an open carriage; then followed by other near-assassinations in 1842 (twice), 1849, 1850, 1872 and 1882.

Why did so many Britons hate Queen Victoria? Maybe it was because of all of her drug dealing.

By the 1840’s, well into Vicky’s reign, about a third of the revenue of her British Empire came directly from the Opium trade in China. Britain went to war twice with China to force opium on to its addicted and beleaguered populace, and Victoria compelled China to hand over cities, including Hong Kong, and pay millions of pounds to “compensate” her and “the crown” whenever the locals cut into her profit margin by destroying the drug in desperation.

Queen Vicky wasn’t the only culprit, of course. Vast fortunes were made all over England and America from the opium trade, including by most of the political and financial elite families of the United States: old “skull and bones” clans named Lord, Whitney, Taft, Jay, Bundy, Harriman, Weyerhaeuser, Pinchot, Rockefeller, Goodyear, Sloane, Stimson, Phelps, Perkins, Pillsbury, Kellogg, Vanderbilt, and of course, Bush.

Just like today, drug dealing was just good business, and it founded and sustains a lot of the modern day corporate, religious and academic empires – as well as the CIA. Big Pharma is the biggest political lobby in Washington, DC, and even funds the major theological seminaries where all the clergy are trained. Drugs make the world economy go around; and as every ruler knows, there’s nothing handier than an addicted and dependent populace.

So perhaps Vicky’s “subjects” were shooting at her so much for some other reason.

I like to think it was because she was screwing her Scottish man servant, that highland stud named John Brown. Och aye! Her nickname around Windsor Palace, where John Boy took up residence after Prince Albert knocked off, was “The Honorable Mrs. Brown”. Crowds used to boo and heckle the two of them whenever they rode out together bound for their latest roll in the heather. But that’s what comes from too much opium, I guess. You just sort of lose track of reality.

So here it is, the hallowed eve of Victoria Day, in the year 2012, and tonight the local Nanaimo, British Columbia newspapers are celebrating “Empire Day”, where various twits got to dress up like Victoria and Albert (but not John Brown, of course) and hold their silly annual parade over the graves of all the aboriginal people who were disposed of, like the Chinese, to make way for superior Anglo-Saxon Christian sensibilities.

It’s enough to drive one to smoke something.

Stand with Us on Sunday June 3 and Bring the Vatican to Justice: A Call for Solidarity Actions to Support Irish men and women who Survived Church Terror

Irish men and women who Survived Church Terror

John Deegan, Mary Lawlor and Dave O’Brien are uncommon heroes who endured torture at the hands of the roman catholic church – and who are battling today to win justice. On May 4 in Dublin, they confronted Archbishop Dermot Martin and the Vatican with ten demands which must be enacted by September 15.

Those who raped and murdered children with impunity have no where left to run. The system that has protected them is collapsing in the face of the courage of those like John, Mary and Dave.

Don’t let these warriors fight alone. Stand with them on the first Sunday in June: the day before they are to meet again with church officials in Dublin.

We ask you to stage solidarity protests and sit ins at catholic churches in your community on Sunday, June 3 during the regular mass. Share a simple message: Agree to the Ten Demands, or face further disruption.

The demands are summarized below.

We also ask you to use this event to help prepare for September 15, and the launching of our new, global civil disobedience campaign of disruption and banishment aimed at the world’s oldest and deadliest corporation: the roman catholic church.

A sample leaflet for June 3 will be sent to you if you desire. Contact this email for more information. Stand by for more updates.

Issued to the Vatican May 4, 2012 (see www.itccs.org posting of May 4 for details):

1. Issue full reparations to survivors
2. Surrender the remains of those who died for a proper burial.
3. Return all land and wealth taken from church victims
4. Surrender all evidence and perpetrators of crimes against children

An Open Letter to the Association of Catholic Priests in Ireland

Special Contribution
By Yeshua
May 8, 2012

A statue of laughing Jesus

Hello boys, I was perusing the Irish Examiner yesterday and noticed that you’ve told reporters that you’re concerned that, thanks to all the corruption in what you call “the church”, there soon may be no priests left in your country. Well, so what’s so bad about that?

I mean, seriously guys: who ever gave you the right to “represent” me in the first place? I never did. Priests and I never got along, if you recall. As a matter of fact, I left pretty explicit instructions that nobody was to make a religion out of me after I’d moved on. Didn’t you get them?

No? Well, that’s strange, because I told that scruffy scribe who made an ass out of himself by jotting down what I said all the time: Look, the Sabbath was made for man – man wasn’t made for the Sabbath. And don’t call anyone holy, because only God is holy. You have only one father, and he’s in heaven, right? And certainly not in Rome, of all the godforsaken places.

Okay, I guess nobody told you this stuff, or maybe you don’t read your Bibles, or something. But here it is, guys: I wasn’t bullshitting when I said that the kingdom of heaven is within every person who draws breath. It ain’t in a bloody communion wafer. Every man, woman and child has the gift completely. It wasn't taught to them in catechism: it’s part of the living fiber of being human. So where does that leave you guys? I mean, what the hell do you think you’re doing, anyway, pretending to know me better than I know myself? Or claiming to “represent” me, and the kingdom of love?

Let me correct that word, first of all: it sure as hell ain’t no “kingdom”. No kings are allowed in there; or popes, for that matter. It’s kind of hard for that kind of ego and hierarchy to strut around a dinner table when somebody’s asking you to pass the spuds. No, that “kingdom” bullshit was another one of those fables you guys cooked up behind my back. My word for God’s way was “a realm of eternity”: a different reality, with nobody on the top or on the bottom.

Do you get it? Probably not. I tried sneaking into one of your cathedrals the other day and got asked to leave. When Dad and I yanked the mask off your church bosses and showed the world the kind of filth that you serve, we were doing you all a big favor, you know. It’s too bad you’re too panicked about your pensions right now to see the priceless chance we’re offering you.

I mean, do you really think all those child-raping clerics are standing so naked like they are now, because of some big fluke? Do you really think we’re that impotent?

Uh uh. It’s all in the game plan. And here’s why: this is your big chance, fellows, to come back into the human race. Your “church” is finished, and die it must. Its stench is so putrid that even I couldn’t deal with it anymore. I mean, forgiveness is one thing, but Jehoshaphat! You guys never seem to learn! So Dad figured, and I had to agree with him, that enough is enough.

For one thing, you’ve all gone a bit batty. Take that guy who calls himself a “cardinal”, Sean Brady: the other day, he actually offered to install glass confession booths in all your churches. I mean, what is that?

I figure this is your chance to find some recovery, boyos. You’ve got to get sane. Do something worthwhile, for a change. Maybe rename yourselves Clergy Anonymous, or something. Live your lives. Find a bit of romance. Go and get laid, if you haven’t already.

You know, after that little crucifixion farce we staged to throw off the Romans, and Mary and the kids and me shipped off to Gaul, Judas came to me and warned me, “You know how people are. Some schmuck is going to start up a big operation called the Yeshua Temple or something, and make a ton of shekels off your name. So go find a lawyer and get yourself copyrighted, pronto.” Maybe he was right. But hindsight, hell, it's like prayers: easy.

The point is, all the Temples eventually rot and collapse, from the inside out. Dad and I are just giving yours a little nudge. The only thing you guys should fret about now is, who are you going to be today, and tomorrow, when all the smoke clears?

Just do yourselves, and me, a big favor. Don’t look back at Sodom and Gomorrah. Remember?

Good luck to you, Yeshua

Yeshua ben Yusuf is a homeless man and a suspected terrorist who dropped out of seminary and was arrested once for disrupting a church service. He has never held a stable job. The authorities are seeking knowledge of his whereabouts.

Catholic Church Faces Disruption and Banishment as Irish Cardinal set to resign

Special Contribution
By Jeremiah Jourdain
May 4, 2012

20,000 people oppose Pope Benedict's visit to England, London, September 2010

A Communiqué from ITCCS International

Brussels and Dublin:

The Roman Catholic Church faces permanent disruption and banishment in at least five countries if it does not comply with ten “non-negotiable measures” by September 15, 2012, according to a global coalition of survivors of church rape and torture.

The list of measures was issued today at a meeting in Dublin, Ireland between Archbishop Dermot Martin and representatives of Anti Catholic Church Activists Worldwide (ACCAW), Magdalene Laundry survivors, and the International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State – Ireland (ITCCS).

The measures demanded of the Catholic Church include the defrocking of all child raping priests, the licensing of all other clergy as public servants, the return of the remains of all who died under Church care, the annulment of tax exemptions and other Church privileges, and the return of all of the Church’s wealth generated by the exploitation of children.

The full statement outlining these measures is reproduced below, including an attached audio recording of the statement.

Issued on the eve of the impending resignation of the head of the Catholic Church in Ireland, Cardinal Sean Brady, for his protection of child raping priests, the statement was delivered by John Deegan of ACCAW and ITCCS Ireland members Gerry O’Donovan and Dave O’Brien, who confronted Archbishop Martin with the demands.

The Ten Point statement was issued by The International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State, an umbrella organization of over fifty organizations in the United States, Canada, Ireland, England and Australia.

“Pope Benedict and his Bishops have until midnight on September 15 to start complying with these measures” said ITCCS Secretary Kevin Annett today.

“After that, we will begin actions to halt the normal operation of the Roman Catholic Church around the world, and we will seek indictments against Pope Benedict and other Vatican officials for crimes against humanity and criminal conspiracy.”

The ACCAW, ITCCS and other groups have staged high profile occupations of Catholic churches during their regular services, and plan to escalate these actions into “a permanent campaign of non-violent disruption and civil disobedience aimed at the Roman Catholic Church … until the Church’s reign of terror over children is ended.”

My name is Kevin Annett and I am the Secretary of the five-nation body known as The International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State (ITCCS). I am speaking on behalf of the ITCCS and our affiliate organization in Ireland.

Our coalition represents over fifty organizations in Canada, the United States, Ireland, England and Australia, including many survivors of church terror.

We have also been recognized by seven aboriginal nations in North America, and been authorized by them to recover the remains of their relatives who died in Catholic Indian residential schools and orphanages; and to bring to justice those responsible for the death of over 50,000 children in these church-run institutions.

Let us state clearly that the time for polite talk is over.

The Roman Catholic Church has imposed and is perpetrating a reign of terror and crimes against humanity on generations of children, is actively concealing those crimes and protecting child rapists and murderers in its ranks, and has shown no desire or capacity to change the policies or practices that allow these unspeakable crimes to continue.

Nevertheless, on behalf of the nations and survivors we represent, and the Executive Council of the International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State, I have been authorized to give the Church a final opportunity to change, by presenting the following demands to the Roman Catholic Church in Ireland, as we have already done to Pope Benedict, Joseph Ratzinger, and Vatican officials.

The following concrete actions by the Church are required if justice is to be won for its victims and if the crimes it has committed and continue to cover up are to end.

If the Church fails to abide by these basic commandments of humanity and the law, we will take permanent action to end its criminal regime.

1. The Church must issue full reparations to all of its victims, including by paying for all of their medical and counseling bills, the cost of their rehabilitation and retraining, and for any of their disabilities and losses.

2. The Church must surrender for a proper burial, without conditions and at its own expense, the remains of all those who died in its institutions or while under its care.

3. The Church must return all land and property taken from its victims, and restore all of the wealth generated by its exploitation of them as children, including the wealth created from their unpaid or low paid labor.

4. The Church must surrender without conditions all of the evidence of its crimes against children, and all of those persons responsible for committing these crimes and concealing them, including its highest officials. The Church must fully disclose this evidence and participate without conditions in all public investigations into its crimes.

5. The Church and its guilty parties cannot hide behind so-called diplomatic immunity or other privileges to evade justice and avoid prosecution. The Vatican must end its official cover up and annul its policy known as Crimen Sollicitationis, which compels Catholic clergy to conceal crimes committed against children in their parishes.

6. The Church must immediately expel and defrock all known child raping priests, officials and employees in its ranks, and defrock any clergy who harms a child or conceals such harm.

7. All clergy and Church officials must agree to be licensed and monitored as public servants, and take a legally binding, public oath to protect without conditions the rights and sanctity of children and disclose any harm done to them.

8. The Church must forgo and withdraw from all of the tax exemptions, financial concordats and agreements, and other special privileges presently granted to it under the laws of nations.

9. The Vatican must agree to the annulment of its status as a so-called state, and free its congregations and dioceses from its authority so that they may act according to the wishes and needs of their respective communities and their faith, and not the political and financial requirements of the Vatican.

10. All of the wealth accumulated by the Church and the Vatican Bank through land theft and conquest, and from tax exemptions, concordats, and from its operations around the world that have harmed children through the exploitation of their labor, such as the Magdalene Laundries and Indian residential schools, must be returned to its victims and to the poor in general through a direct, public redistribution of that wealth, as Christ himself commands.

We have been instructed to inform the Bishops of Ireland, as we have notified the Vatican, that they have until September 15, 2012, to agree to these demands and implement these ten measures.

If they fail to commence to do so by midnight of that date, we will enact the following measures:

1. The Roman Catholic Church will be formally and forever banished from our communities, and measures will be taken to legally and practically prevent it from operating;

2. Roman Catholic churches, agencies and offices around the world will be permanently disrupted and occupied as part of an ongoing campaign of non-violent civil disobedience; and

3. Our International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State will reconvene its court, and will seek the immediate detaining for questioning of the highest officials of your Roman Catholic Church, including Pope Benedict, on charges of obstruction of justice, criminal conspiracy, and crimes against humanity.

It is time for all people of conscience within the Church to choose who they will serve: a self-governing, criminal church system that sets itself above the law and God – or its suffering victims, and justice.

We urge Catholics to choose life, by making these ten steps a reality. Otherwise, the Roman Catholic Church will have forfeited its right to operate in our communities and in our world.

By this declaration, we are lending our active support to the Irish survivors of rape and torture by the Roman Catholic Church who are meeting with Archbishop Martin today. These survivors include members of ACCAW, the ITCCS, and Magdalene laundry victims.

We stand as a united front with these brothers and sisters, and with all victims of Church terror anywhere in the world. We will never stop until justice is achieved, and the reign of terror against children everywhere is ended.

We will be sharing this letter with our affiliates around the world, as well as with the global media, judicial bodies, and governments.

We welcome a formal response from the office of Archbishop Martin, and we call upon the Church to accept the demands and wishes of the Irish survivors who are meeting today with Archbishop Martin.

Signed on behalf of The Executive Council of The International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State
