Italian politicians to meet with Kevin Annett and ITCCS to plan "comprehensive campaign to de-secularize" the Vatican

Rome - The campaign for justice by victims of the Roman Catholic Church took a major step forward this past weekend when two political parties in Italy agreed to meet with ITCCS officials in September. The meeting will plan what an internal statement calls "a comprehensive political and legal campaign to de-secularize the church and bring it under the rule of law and democratic control". This campaign will include as its aim the annulment of the so-called Lateran Treaty between Italy and the Vatican which protects the church from prosecution for its crimes against humanity. Inspired by the August 4 Brussels Declaration of the ITCCS that proclaimed the Roman Catholic Church to be a transnational criminal body under international law, the Italian parties agreed that the time has arrived for "decisive political action in Italy on behalf of all the victims of the papacy". (see www.itccs.org, August 3) The parties in question presently have standing in the Italian Chamber of Deputies and the Senate. Their agreement to engage in unofficial talks with ITCCS representatives, including ITCCS Field Secretary Rev. Kevin Annett, was made on Saturday, August 24 at a joint conference of their respective leadership bodies. These facts were communicated to the ITCCS Central Office in Brussels that same day through a joint communique signed by spokespeople for the two parties under their pseudonyms "Massimo" and "Maria".
Speaking from Washington D.C. today, Rev. Annett hailed the move as "the break we've all been waiting for". "Our campaign has always been an inherently political one because of the enormity of the institutional crime we're confronting. So it's gratifying that finally, Italian politicians are taking steps to defang and curtail the power of the Catholic Church as a criminal body - and to not let the money and influence of the Vatican stop them, which has been the case up until now. "I know their courageous example will not be lost on politicians and governments elsewhere". For security reasons, the two parties will conduct their September meetings with the ITCCS clandestinely, within Italy and at an undisclosed location in Switzerland. Meanwhile, the planned convergence of spiritual elders and survivors of church torture on the Vatican on Sunday, September 22 is proceeding with a new vigor. Entitled "A Global Assembly of Spiritual Reclamation", the equinox event will include simultaneous gatherings, church occupations and "community exorcisms" at Catholic churches in twenty one countries on that same day.
In an August 20 statement issued by Not in Our Name! (Non!), a coalition of Catholic and Protestant clergy based in America that is co-sponsoring the Assembly, it is stated, "The Vatican has already been legally disestablished and found guilty of abominable crimes in the common law courts of mankind. Now we are spiritually disestablishing that church and creating a new way for Christians to end their legacy of Imperial Christianity, church-protected child rape and genocide. Christ is not the Church. "This Assembly is a an act of repentance and exorcism, done through the will of God and the least of God's children. Now is the time for all true Christians to leave the false church, and let the dead souls in Rome bury their own dead." *

The Roman Catholic Church is Declared a Transnational Criminal Organization: The Brussels Proclamation of August 4, 2013

On February 25, 2013, the Roman Catholic Church and its highest officials were lawfully convicted of engaging in Crimes against Humanity and an international Criminal Conspiracy to aid and abet child trafficking. This verdict of the International Common Law Court of Justice found that the Church and its governing body, the Vatican, Incorporated, constitutes a criminal body under international law. (1)
On July 11, 2013, Pope Francis 1, Jorge Bergoglio, confirmed the criminal status of his church by establishing new internal church policies that counsel and compel criminality among his followers, clergy and employees. These policies and Bergoglio's own public statements reaffirm the existing canon law that protects child rapists, Crimen Sollicitationis, by directing all Catholics to suppress evidence of child rape and trafficking within their church, and threatening punishment of those who disclose such evidence. (2) By these remarks and policies, Bergoglio has not only ordered his followers to break the law but to commit treason in their own countries by violating child protection laws and undermining police agencies. The Pope, in short, is not simply facilitating international child abuse and human trafficking, but is heading a criminal conspiracy against the sovereignty of other states and the law of nations.
Under international law, such actions amount to an act of war; and those responsible are justifiably declared to be an enemy of peace-loving humanity. Let it be known to the world, therefore, that Jorge Bergoglio, the head of the Church of Rome, is indeed such an enemy of humanity. Accordingly, on Thursday, August 1, 2013, a Bench Warrant Order was issued by the International Common Law Court of Justice in Brussels for the immediate arrest and trial of Jorge Bergoglio for these crimes. Let it also be recognized that as a proven international criminal body engaged in human trafficking, money laundering and child torture, the Roman Catholic Church constitutes an International Criminal Organization that is waging war against humanity, its children, and its laws.
Accordingly, the Roman Catholic Church is subject to all of the sanctions provided by the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime (2000). These sanctions include the seizure of all funds, property and assets of the Church, the arrest of Church officers, and the return of all stolen lands and goods held by the Church. (3) In effect, recognized criminal bodies like the Vatican and its church have forfeited their right to exist and are considered by civilized humanity to be dissolved. Not only their wealth but their policies, laws and authority are forever annulled. And anyone who participates in such disestablished organizations or who pays for their operations is committing a crime by colluding with convicted felons.
The top officers of the Church of Rome, starting with Pope Francis himself, are in fact fugitives from justice, under bona fide arrest warrants issued on August 1 and earlier, on March 5, 2013. (4) Therefore, these church officers no longer have any legal or moral claim to the allegiance or obedience of anyone, and both they and their organization must be actively repudiated and disestablished, under the law. On a broader level, the conviction and disestablishment of this criminal institution is not only legal and necessary, but long overdue. For it is an indisputable fact that for centuries, the Church of Rome has acted as a predatory foreign power waging unrestricted warfare against humanity. The Church of Rome and its client governments have unlawfully attacked, occupied and destroyed other nations, raped and drained lands of their vast wealth and vitality, waged cruel wars of aggression and genocide against other peoples and murdered millions of them, restricted and subverted their rights and liberties, stolen, tortured and destroyed countless children, and kept the world in a state of fear, dependency and impoverishment. And these crimes continue today, with the help of governments around the world.
Some of these colluding powers, including the Crown of England and the government and churches of Canada, have also been indicted and convicted by our Court for such genocidal crimes, and now stand under the same legal order of disestablishment and annullment. But any government or agency in the world that continues to recognize or subsidize the criminal Church of Rome and its officials is objectively engaged in a crime and is also subject to sanctions. In particular, the government of Italy, through its obligations to the Vatican under the so-called Lateran Treaty, is an active participant in the crimes of the Roman Catholic Church, and through this Treaty is engaged in the same Criminal Conspiracy and War Crimes of that Church.
The Italian government and any state that funds or recognizes the Vatican can therefore justifiably be considered rogue terrorist regimes that are a threat to humanity, and are subject to the full weight of the law, sanctions and force normally employed against war-making nations. And this is the nub of the issue: why it is necessary, to quote Lord Acton, for history to pronounce judgement on criminal regimes when established laws refuse to do so. Today, history is embodied in the capacity of men and women everywhere to reclaim the law and use it to disestablish the powers that have for centuries oppressed them and destroyed their children.
Our International Common Law Court of Justice is a first step in this reclamation, and its conviction of Pope Benedict and the Vatican last February was an opening salvo heard around the world. Today, this August 4 Proclamation is the next step in annulling the power of the oldest and most violent corporation in human history: the Church of Rome. As such, this Proclamation is both a statement of purpose and a Legal Instrument by which men and women everywhere can adhere to the law and justice, and enforce the verdict of history and this Court against the Vatican and its criminal regime.
Therefore, let it be known and enacted that: 1. Jorge Bergoglio, the so-called Pontiff of the Church of Rome, is a wanted criminal under international law. All men and women are compelled to assist the Sheriffs and deputized Agents of this Court in arresting Bergoglio and bringing him into our Common Law Court for trial and sentencing. 2. As of this date, the Roman Catholic Church is declared to be a transnational criminal organization that has forfeited its wealth, property and authority, and its right to exist as a corporate body. It is forthwith dissolved as an organization, and its policies and laws are annulled. All persons are compelled to neither associate with nor fund this criminal body, under pain of fine and imprisonment. 3. All citizens of every nation are authorized to assist in the active disestablishment of the Roman Catholic Church and the Vatican, Incorporated, by peacefully seizing the assets, property and wealth of this Corporation, and performing citizen arrests on Roman Catholic Church officials and clergy, especially known or suspected child rapists.
This Proclamation, signed and dated by the user, will constitute the legal authorization of these actions, as will the adjoining Bench Warrant Order issued by our Court on August 1, 2013. These facts and the authority of the Court are hereby proclaimed and ratified by the Bearer of this Proclamation.

Brussels: On July 20, Pope Francis formally and publicly incited criminal behaviour among all Roman Catholics by prohibiting the reporting of child abuse within his church, and threatening excommunication against those who speak about such abuse. By his action, the Bishop of Rome, Jorge Bergoglio, faces arrest and indictment as the head of a Criminal Organization, under terms of the United Nations Convention against Transnational Criminal Organizations (2000).
"Pope Francis is telling every Catholic in the world to break the laws of their own country and give aid and comfort to child rapists. That's not simply a grossly immoral act but a war crime, since he's attacking the laws and sovereignty of other nations, and threatening the safety of their people" commented George Dufort, the Belgian-based Secretary of the International Common Law Court of Justice, which successfully prosecuted former Pope Benedict and other Vatican officials last February. In response to Bergoglio's statement, the ITCCS has today released the following plan of action to its affiliates in twenty one countries, including Italy:
1. The ITCCS Central Office has applied for a Bench Warrant from the Prosecutor's Office of the International Common Law Court of Justice, for the immediate arrest of Jorge Bergoglio and his associates on a charge of high treason, war crimes and a criminal conspiracy against humanity and the Law of Nations. Jorge Bergoglio and his associates are to be immediately detained and brought to public trial for these crimes, under the auspices and authority of the Law of Nations and The International Common Law Court of Justice.
2. On Sunday, August 4, 2013, a Global Proclamation will be issued, declaring the Roman Catholic Church to be a Transnational Criminal Organization under the law, and ordering its active disestablishment, including by seizing its funds and property, and arresting its officers and clergy: actions authorized against criminal bodies by the aforementioned United Nations Convention.
3. Members and clergy of the Roman Catholic Church are hereby ordered to refrain from funding or participating in the Church of Rome, on pain of arrest as associates of a Criminal Organization. The public is encouraged to assist in the seizure of Roman Catholic church wealth and property in accordance with international law.

British Parliamentary Delegation is barred from visiting Buddhist leader Thich Quang Do

PARIS, 5 June 2013 (IBIB) – A delegation of Members of Parliament from the (A UK All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) was barred from visiting the leader of the Unified Buddhist Church of Vietnam (UBCV) during their trip to Vietnam last week. The delegation was in Vietnam from 25-31 May, visiting Hanoi, Danang and Ho Chi Minh City to reinforce parliamentary links between the two countries and to get an insight into UK activities in Vietnam.
The International Buddhist Information Bureau (IBIB) was asked to facilitate a meeting of the delegation with Most Venerable Thich Quang Do, 85, who is denied freedom of communication and cannot be contacted directly. The UBCV leader agreed to receive the delegation on Thursday 30 May at 10.00am at the Thanh Minh Zen Monastery where he is under effective house arrest. A group of nine people, including 5 MPs and staff, and three officers from the British Embassy in Hanoi planned to attend. Finally, however, they never came, and later that day IBIB received a phone call with their apologies for having to cancel the meeting because of last minute problems.
The next day, an official from the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, who asked to remain anonymous, told the UBCV that they had received specific orders from Hanoi not to allow the meeting with Thich Quang Do. The delegation was informed of this merely hours before the visit, and were unable to warn IBIB in time.
IBIB is deeply disturbed that the Vietnamese authorities should prevent this meeting between an eminent Buddhist scholar and Nobel Peace Prize nominee and a delegation of British MPs, who were visiting Vietnam in a spirit of dialogue and mutual exchange. This is an outrageous way to treat international public figures. It is also a clear proof of the political restrictions imposed upon Thich Quang Do. “Vietnam continuously informs the international community that Thich Quang Do is under no form of house arrest, and is “completely free” at the Thanh Minh Zen Monastery. If this is the case, why is he unable to receive visitors without the authorization of the authorities in Hanoi?” said IBIB Director Vo Van Ai.
This incident also underscores the discrepancy between Vietnam’s declarations to the international community and the reality of harassments and repression suffered daily by peaceful religious and political dissidents in Vietnam. Indeed, EU High Representative Catherine Ashton recently deplored this “apparent mismatch between the information provided by the [Vietnamese] authorities and the actual situation”, especially concerning Thich Quang Do. “The EU was informed during these [human rights] dialogues that Mr Thich Quang Do was not under house arrest and could be met freely anytime. He was visited last year by Australian and US ambassadors to Vietnam, who found, however, that he is not allowed to leave the premises of the Pagoda where he lives” (April 25, 2013).

New Alliance is Forged in Italy to Stop Child Rape and Trafficking - Joint Campaign to Commence in Rome on September 20

Savona, Italy- At an historic press conference yesterday, two groups fighting to end church terror against children formally joined forces and announced the launching of a public campaign commencing in Rome on September 20. Francesco Zanardi of Rete L'Abuso and Kevin Annett of The International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State (ITCCS) disclosed their joint campaign to Italian reporters and activists at a morning press conference in the northern Italian city of Savona. "We want to not only prosecute the priests who rape childen but change the laws that let them get away with it" explained Francesco Zanardi, to thunderous applause. Zanardi is himself a survivor of serial rape during the 1980's by a Catholic priest namd Nello Giraudo, who was protected and aided by Cardinal Domenico Calcagno.
Calcagno is now a prominent official in the Vatican Bank and helped elect the present Pope Francis. "The Lateran Treaty obligates Italy to help the Vatican commit crime. That Treaty has to go" said Zanardi. On behalf of the ITCCS, Kevin Annett also spoke at the press conference, and pledged the Tribunal's "total support" to Zanardi and Rete L'Abuso. Annett presented an authorized letter to Zanardi from the Central Office of the ITCCS that formally affiliated the Tribunal with the Italian group and guaranteed "direct action" throughout Italy in September. "The Italian government helps a convicted criminal like (former Pope) Joseph Ratzinger evade arrest inside the Vatican, while persecuting a brave and honest man like Francesco Zanardi" said Annett. "We've written to Italian President Giorgio Napolitano and demanded that he abide by international law and extradite Ratzinger from the Vatican to face justice for helping traffic children to priestly rapists".
In a bilingual statement released to the media (see link below), the ITCCS stated that unless the Italian government begins steps to extradite Ratzinger and revoke the Lateran Treaty with the Vatican, civil disobedience actions will begin in Italian catholic churches and four cities on September 20, and will be accompanied by an internationl boycott campaign against Italian goods, trade and tourism. Citizen groups in Savona, Genoa, Reggio Emilia and Rome have agreed to participate in these actions. European Union deplores “mismatch” between government rhetoric and reality on religious freedom in Vietnam

PARIS, 7 May 2013 (VIETNAM COMMITTEE) – Baroness Catherine Ashton, the European Union’s High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy has expressed concern about violations of the right to freedom of religion or belief in Vietnam, and in particular the “apparent mismatch between the information provided by the [Vietnamese] authorities and the actual situation”.
The head of the EU External Action Service (EEAS) expressed particular concern about the case of the Unified Buddhist Church of Vietnam’s (UBCV) leader Thich Quang Do, whose case was raised by the EU during the bilateral human rights dialogues with Vietnam in January 2012 (in Hanoi) and October 2012 (in Brussels). “The EU was informed during these dialogues that Mr Thich Quang Do was not under house arrest and could be met freely anytime. He was visited last year by Australian and US ambassadors to Vietnam, who found, however, that he is not allowed to leave the premises of the Pagoda where he lives.”
Baroness Ashton pledged that the EU would “continue to push for the release of persons held in prison, detained or harassed for their religious beliefs” both in the human rights dialogues and other bilateral contacts, and that “the case of Thich Quang Do shall also be addressed in this context given the apparent mismatch between the information provided by the authorities and the actual situation”.
Stressing freedom of religion or belief was a “key element” of EU policy, she also regretted that Vietnam had accepted the EU’s call to extend an invitation to the UN Special Rapporteur on Freedom of Religion or Belief to visit Vietnam, but had still not fixed a date for the visit. “The EU intends to raise again the issue of the UN Special Rapporteur's visit to the country if the announcement to extend an invitation is not followed up”. She also noted that the EU was currently analysing the controversial religious Decree 92, which imposes tighter controls on religious activities, and would raise this at the next session of the human rights dialogue.
Baroness Ashton was replying to a written question tabled by Catalan MEP Ramon Tremosa I Balcells of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe (ALDE Group). Mr. Tremosa said he was “alarmed by reports of grave abuses of religious freedom in Vietnam”, and government policies of “intensifying police harassment, intimidation, surveillance and imprisonment of religious followers and adopting new legislation to control and limit religious activities”.
Asking what steps the EU would take to obtain the release of Thich Quang Do and other religious prisoners, Mr. Tremosa wrote: “We welcome the commitment to religious freedom shown by the European External Action Service with the drafting of the EU human rights guidelines on freedom of religion or belief and the creation of a European Parliamentary Working Group on freedom of religion or belief. But this commitment is meaningless unless it is translated into reality and brings freedom to those who are deprived of their liberty because of their faith”.

Brussels and London: Whatever it is that dwells in Rome behind the mask of religion and empire is inexorably being revealed. And its mask slipped further yesterday with more startling revelations involving the new Pope Francis, Jorge Bergoglio.
A reliable source in the British civil service who has provided accurate internal leaks in the past to our Tribunal has revealed the following to an ITCCS officer in London: Commencing in September of 1981, the present Pope Francis 1 acted as an agent for the Argentine military Junta to acquire Exocet missiles which were used against the Royal Navy flotilla during the Falklands War the following year. During September and October of 1981, Pope Francis, as then-priest Jorge Mario Bergoglio, applied through his friend Roberto Calvi, a high official in the Vatican Bank, for the funds that allowed the Argentine Junta to buy "at least twenty" of the Exocet missiles at a cost of over $200 million, according to the British source.
The same source stated to an ITCCS officer in London on April 9, 2013, "The Junta knew the British would oppose their seizure of the Malvinas so they got their man Father Bergoglio to get them the missiles, since he was friends with Roberto Calvi. Margaret Thatcher was the Prime Minister in 1982, and both she and Buckingham Palace knew that it was Bergoglio who had lined up the missile funding for (General) Videla. Thatcher in fact approved an MI-6 plan to eliminate the priest, Father Bergoglio, but that fizzled out. But now that same priest has become the Pope, and Thatcher just suddenly died, and the Queen is stepping down under rumored assassination fears, after she had already cancelled her March 6 trip to Rome when it became clear that Bergoglio would become Pope. These are not coincidences."
After the Exocet missile deal was successfully concluded, the relatively unknown cleric, Fr. Jorge Bergoglio, was rapidly elevated in the Argentine Catholic hierarchy. He became the head of the entire Roman Catholic Church in Argentina in 1998 as part of his reward.

Two books have confirmed the Vatican Bank and Roberto Calvi's link to the Argentine Exocet deal: In God's Name by David Yallop, and The Entity: Five Centuries of Secret Vatican Espionage by Eric Frattini. Is the Jesuit Pope Francis linked to the deaths of Roberto Calvi and former Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, and to an assassination plan against Queen Elizabeth? This evidence and recent events certainly suggest so.

A suspected criminal has been rapidly elected as the new Pontiff of the Church of Rome in a record two day conclave, being the first Jesuit in history to head the papacy.
Former Cardinal and Pope-elect "Francis I", Jorge Mario Bergoglio, is accused of helping kidnap opponents of Argentina's military junta during the 1970's "Dirty War", and of baby trafficking, by lawyers and members of the Plaza de Mayo human rights group. Besides his personal alleged criminality, Bergoglio - as a Jesuit - represents the group most responsible for the centuries-old Crimes against Humanity and Genocide for which the Jesuit Superior General was found guilty on February 25, along with Joseph Ratzinger and other Vatican officials.
The Jesuit Order established the murderous Indian residential school system in North America during the mid 19th century, and has led the destruction and killing of millions of non-Catholics around the world since its inception in the mid 16th century. These facts, the Argentine allegations, and his complicity in the global conspiracy against children enunciated in the canon law Crimen Sollicitationas, makes the new Pope particularly liable for immediate arrest and sentencing under international law and the Common Law Court verdict of February 25, 2013. The ITCCS understands that Jorge Mario Bergoglio's election was a quick and uncontested arrangement, as evident in its rapidity: in less than two days, a record for papal elections.
Bergoglio's election makes the guilt of the Vatican and its highest officials for Crimes against Humanity all that more severe. The new Pope, as the head fiduciary officer of the Vatican, Inc., assumes that guilt and liability. Bergoglio is therefore subject to immediate arrest under the terms of the Common Law Court ORDER of March 5, 2013, issued by the International Common Law Court of Justice under the authority of jus gentium, the Law of Nations, and the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.
Accordingly, an application has been made by our Tribunal to these courts for an International Citizens Arrest Warrant, to be issued against the new Roman Pontiff, Jorge Mario Bergoglio - Pope Francis I, for Crimes against Humanity and involvement in a global criminal conspiracy based in Rome. Myanmar’s President Thein Sein visits Norway, met with activists

On February 26, 2013 at 16.30 (Norway Time), Some Burmese activists were demonstrating in front of Hotel Continental where President Thein Sein and his delegates were staying during visits in Norway. The main reasons why protesters were gathering on arrival of President Thein Sein, was to show off their disagreement with Burma’s 2008 Constitution and undemocratic reforms. One of activists Myint Aye said “Thein Sein is talking about Myanmar's democratic reform, especially in Western countries. We can't accept that. The main reason is that the current constitution is undemocratic. For example, the military constitutes 25 per cent of parliamentary seats without being elected. What's more, the constitution does not guarantee autonomy for ethnic groups," he said.
Protester Mon Aung, a singer who left Myanmar after the 1988 uprising, said the protest was held because the government was failing to implement democratic reforms. "We have neither rights for national races nor human rights," he said. "If Myanmar continues its way forward with that constitution, it will remain under the rule of military government for next 50 years," Mon Aung warned. "We have lived under military rule for over 50 years. No change happens. The government, which incarcerated democracy activists 20 years ago, is now making foreign tours to talk about democracy," he added.
President's Office Minister Soe Thein and Deputy Information Minister Ye Htut, both members of the delegation, reportedly met with two protesters (Nan Kyi Aye and Myint Aye) to discuss their reasons for demonstrating. According to Nan Kyi Aye, those ministers simply reasoning that they tried their level best to bring a fruitful democracy Burma among lots of hardliners.
Europe based ethnic leader Jonathan Thang (founder of MBF – “Peace for Burma Movement” and also a leader of Global Matu Organization) said during the protest, “The 2008 Constitution is the main obstacles to move into a genuine democratic reform in Burma. No matter even if President Thein Sein and his governments try to work for peace and reforms, they will not success unless they make review and re-implement all the flaws from 2008 constitution. Burma must move forward under the right reforms as fast as possible, since we don’t have time to left behind other countries. If we can maintain a peaceful and stable in the country, there will not be very hard to begin with development program in order to catch up neigbours and the world. Even after the government can implement the right constitutions and the right systems in Burma, we may still need minimum of 3 generations to get mutual understanding and building trust among every ethnics group to join hands in a real unity.”

During Norwegian Prime Minister’s State dinner party there were around 80 total attendees (4 Burmese activists from Norway, Norwegian ministers and President Theinsein and his delegates). During dinner party, an Ethnic leader Jonathan Thang could somehow raised regarding on peace reform issues; cease-fire between KIA and military troops; and implementing federal issues to President's Office Minister Soe Thein, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs Thant Kyaw and some delegate at dinner party. At the mean time, Minister Soe Thein accepted 12 pages documents which were delivered by an Ethnic group (MBF).
On February 27, 2013 President Thein Sein and his delegates meet with some Burmese from Norway at Oslo’s Literature House for nearly one and half hours. President Thein Sein delivers a speech for nearly 20 minutes and Minister Soe Thein deliver a long time consuming speech to attendees, as a result there were just few minutes remain to address questions from attendees. Anyhow, some of ethnic groups deliver 12 pages document to President’s delegates officially and a Chin ethnic requested permit to rebuild Boltlang Christian Cross which was destroyed by Burmese troops on January 3, 2005 by direct order of Colonel San Aung, the 50feet tall concrete cross in Matupi District, Chin state. Minister Soe Thein verbally granted in-front of hundreds of audiences to rebuild the cross in Matupi without financial compensation.
President Thein Sein was invited by leaders of all five countries as well as the president of the European Union. The European trip is the first of its kind for the president and his 18th overseas trip since taking office. The visit is intended to strengthen ties with Europe and increase foreign investment, the President's Office said.
Those joining Thein Sein in Europe include Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defense Services General Soe Win, Foreign Affairs Minister Wanna Maung Lwin, President's Office Minister Soe Thein, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs Thant Kyaw, Deputy Minister for Information Ye Htut, and Deputy Minister for Environment and Forests Thet Thet Zin, Deputy Minister for Health Thein Thein Htay, and government department heads.

First Common Law Court Case against the Vatican

GUILTY! Final Verdict is Rendered in First Common Law Court Case against the Vatican and Canada for Genocide Pope, Queen and Canadian Prime Minister found Guilty of Crimes against Humanity and Sentenced to Twenty Five Year Prison Terms - Court Orders them to Surrender by March 4 or face Citizens' Arrests
Brussels: Pope Benedict will go to jail for twenty five years for his role in Crimes against Humanity, and Vatican wealth and property is to be seized, according to today's historic verdict of the International Common Law Court of Justice. The Brussels-based Court handed down a unanimous guilty verdict from its Citizen Jurors and ordered the citizens' arrest of thirty Defendants commencing March 4 in a Court Order issued to them today.
The verdict read in part, "We the Citizen Jury find that the Defendants in this case are guilty of the two indictments, that is, they are guilty of committing or aiding and abetting Crimes against Humanity, and of being part of an ongoing Criminal Conspiracy" The Jury ruled that each Defendant receive a mandatory twenty five year prison sentence without parole, and have all their personal assets seized.
The Court went on to declare in its Order No. 022513-001, "The Defendants are ordered to surrender themselves voluntarily to Peace Officers and Agents authorized by this COURT, having been found Guilty as charged. "The Defendants have seven days from the issuing of this ORDER, until March 4, 2103, to comply. After March 4, 2013, an International Arrest Warrant will be issued against these Defendants".
The guilty parties include Elizabeth Windsor, Queen of England, Stephen Harper, Prime Minister of Canada, and the head officers of the Catholic, Anglican and United Church of Canada. The guilty verdict followed nearly a month of deliberations by more than thirty sworn Citizen Jurors of the 150 case exhibits produced by Court Prosecutors. These exhibits detailed irrefutable proof of a massive criminal conspiracy by the Defendants' institutions to commit and conceal Genocide on generations of children in so-called Indian residential schools across Canada.
None of the Defendants challenged or disputed a Public Summons issued to them last September; nor did they deny the charges made against them, or offer counter evidence to the Court. "Their silence told me a lot. Why wouldn't innocent people defend their own reputation when accused of such horrible things?" commented one Juror, based in England. "These crimes were aimed at children, and were a cold and calculated plan to wipe out Indians who weren't Christians. And the defendants clearly are still covering up this crime. So we felt we had to do more than slap their wrist. The whole reign of terror by state-backed churches that are above the law has to end, because children still suffer from it".
The Court's judgement declares the wealth and property of the churches responsible for the Canadian genocide to be forfeited and placed under public ownership, as reparations for the families of the more than 50,000 children who died in the residential schools.
To enforce its sentence, the Court has empowered citizens in Canada, the United States, England, Italy and a dozen other nations to act as its legal agents armed with warrants, and peacefully occupy and seize properties of the Roman Catholic, Anglican and United Church of Canada, which are the main agents in the deaths of these children. "This sentence gives a legal foundation and legitimacy to the church occupations that have already begun by victims of church torture around the world" commented Kevin Annett, the chief adviser to the Prosecutor's Office, who presented its case to the world. (see www.itccs.org, November 6 and January 30 postings) "The verdict of the Court is clearly that these criminal church bodies are to be legally and practically disestablished, and their stolen wealth reclaimed by the people. Justice has finally begun to be be served. The dead can now rest more easily."
Court officers are delivering the Order to all the Defendants this week, including to the Canadian Prime Minister, the Queen of England and to Joseph Ratzinger, the retiring Pope Benedict who is avoiding arrest within the Vatican after suddenly resigning two weeks ago. The citizens' arrests of these and other Defendants will commence on March 4 if they do not surrender themselves and their assets, as per the Court Order.
